Originally from Palermo, Italy, Gaspare Como is a genuine and passionate real estate agent specializing in purchasing and selling single-family residences and income properties within Glendale, Pasadena, La Canada, and more. Gaspare moved from Europe to New York City as a young adult and played gigs as a jazz musician there. In 2010, he decided to move across the U.S. to Los Angeles and met JohnHart agent Linda Ojeda when he purchased his first home. Though he didn't know much about real estate at first, Linda helped him understand every step of the way and got him hooked on real estate. Now, Gaspare has found a true passion for properties, architecture, and, most importantly, finding his clients their dream homes. Working with people throughout the buying and selling process brings him indescribable joy, and he is honored to receive their trust. He will always be an open book with his clients and takes their feelings to heart. When he isn't busy making people's dreams of homeownership come true, he is probably long-distance running, playing and listening to jazz music, going to the beach, cooking and eating Italian food, and spending time with his kids.
